What’s included
- The voucher
- One evening with the Agent 47-B case, for 2 to 5 players. The recipient picks their own date.
- Price
- €50, or €60 including delivery and collection in Amsterdam. No VAT charged (Dutch small business scheme).
- Valid
- Two years from the date of issue. Both dates are on the voucher.
- Format
- As a PDF to email or print yourself, or in a sealed envelope, like a file someone left behind. Envelopes are picked up from us in Amsterdam.
- Language
- The case is in English. A Dutch version is in the works.
How it works
Gift voucher terms
- The voucher is valid for one evening with one Agent 47-B case (2 to 5 players). If the voucher says delivery and collection are included, we do this within Amsterdam; otherwise you pick up the case and bring it back the next day, or pay €10 for delivery and collection when booking.
- The voucher is valid until two years after the date of issue. The date of issue and the expiry date are on the voucher.
- Bookings are subject to availability. Book in good time and mention your code. If your preferred date is taken, we’ll suggest another one.
- Each code can be used once. Lost your voucher? Get in touch: with the buyer’s name we can send it again.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. If our price goes up, your voucher stays valid for one evening.
- If you bought the voucher online or via WhatsApp, you can cancel it free of charge within 14 days of purchase, as long as it hasn’t been used. You’ll get the full amount back.
- If we were to stop Locked & Found before your voucher is used, we refund the purchase price.
